THE JOB:

• To act and work independently at his area
• Maintain quality and price conscious consumption with maintaining high quality production results.
• Control the proper using and maintenance of all working equipment
• To do provision loading
• Support in the guest area and for special events

QUALIFICATION:

• Willing to work at a minimum of 11 hours/day for period of 9 months at sea
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Main Kitchen Demi Chef in 5* International Chain hotel in Indonesia or 2 years continuous experience as 2^nd cook in middle east reputable establishment is a minimum.
• Possessed natural smile and hospitality DNA.
• Result oriented and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English is a must

Distributor management

• Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis & development
• All sales activities related to distributors / agents
• Sales performance of distributors / agents and project sales
• Lead and motivate the Distributors ensuring individual professional growth of each member so that they are equipped with the required competencies and attitude to deliver at their highest possible levels.

Requirements

• 4-5 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in sales and marketing of industrial equipment.
